Do you ship worldwide? 

Yes We Do But Some of Our Products May Only Ship To The Following Countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Romania, Netherlands, South Africa, And Russia. It would be more Helpful To Direct You To The Shipping Info On The Product Page. (Suggested to Try A Mail Forwarding Co Like This Link )

Please Check Product Page, Some Of Our Manufacturers And Warehouses May Be Located Close To Your Country. If This is The Case Then Your Free Shipping Time Will Be Greatly Reduced. If You Are Unable To Check-Out With Your Purchase Then We Do Not Ship That Product To Your Country. 

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Click here for our full Shipping and Delivery info. Your order should take between 7-21 Business days to arrive at your doorstep. Depending on the Warehouse your order could Ship 3-6 Bus Domestic or 5-15 International. Depending on different countries' custom restrictions, this may take longer up 20-30 Days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay the balance.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Postal Money Orders (local Post Office), Paypal, Lay-Buy by PayPal, Amazon Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

What are my delivery options?

We currently only offer one standard shipping option, which is free. Unless you're getting a Free Plus Shipping Item.

How secure is your site? 

Keyomi-Sook processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within one (1) working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and shipping info.

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info which will have a link to our Returns Center for easy returns. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so that we may resolve your issue with the product.

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via the 'Contact Us' page on our website.
